Preparation
  1. Place the chicken breasts in the bottom of the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger.
  3. Pour the sauce over the chicken in the slow cooker.

  1. Cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 6 hours.
  2. Check for doneness; the chicken should be fully cooked and tender.
  3. Shred the chicken using two forks if desired.
