- Slowly add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing just enough to combine without over-stirring.
- Fold in nuts or chocolate chips if desired.
- Pour the mixture into the greased loaf pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool before slicing for best results.
Notes
For best results, squeeze out the zucchini to avoid a gluey texture. Store leftovers in foil or a sealed container to keep moist.
